Our restaurant follows the directive of Ministry of Health for Covid-19. Our tables are spaced two meters between them.

The restaurant Cellar, which is characterized by variety, refinement and significance, reflects the passion and the amplitude of eye of Massimo Troiani and Giacomo Scatolini over the Italian and International horizon during the years.
O ver 3600 Italian and international labels stored in the restaurant wineries are the result of a continuous research among the most interesting enological matters, from the most prestigious to the less-known. A proposal that stands out both for the value and number of labels and for the several vintages of wines.

Wine List


We are continuously looking for unique products, like white wines from Trentino from 1956, wines from the Lazio region from the 90s, harmonic and ready to taste red wines. Particular attention is paid to a careful selection of organic products and rare labels, such as Solaia 1978, Fiorano 1988, Riserva 1991 Collio Sauvignon by Josko Gravner. Labels that transmit the unrepeatable emotions of extraordinary bottles, together with story, memories and tradition. The Sommelier Giacomo Scatolini combines his professional advice with the sensitivity to the hosts' needs and is a sure guidance in choosing tasting paths also by the glass. There are always approximately 20 different types of wines by the glass and tasting menus may be accompanied by a tasting of 5 wines by the glass.

The Spirits


The Spirits ( recognized as Best Paper Bar Journal 2001) offers an interesting selection of fine whiskey, Ruhm, Calvados, Cognac, Armagnac as well as a choice of Grappa and Distillates grape, for a total of over six hundred labels.
